Keanu Reeves redefined mass with his film John Wick. Now he comes back with its sequel - another stunning action classic. when was the last time we saw a sequel becoming a success like its first part? Well, John Wick two did just that. It's a great action flick and more serious and emotional in simile to the first part.
What is the film is about?
--------------------------------- The film starts with John fighting some gangsters led by Abraham Tarasov, the brother of the villain in the first part. he's back to get his stolen car. and Abraham sits still in his workplace whereas his goons are massacred by John downstairs. He knows there isn't much to do to prevent John from obtaining what he desires.
- After he got back his car John is visited by an old acquaintance, Santino D'Antonio, who calls in a favor John owes him. John cannot back out owing to the marker, a form of blood pact, he gave to Santino.But John refuses to do the job and said he's retired. shortly after Santino destroys john's home with a grenade launcher along with his wife's memories. John must obey the marker and do his job to break free of the blood pact with Santino. And only then he could get his revenge on Santino for destroying his home.

- John Wick finally became a mortal: he's not the devil who cannot be touched like in the first part. he gets hit by speeding cars, bullets, gets punched and kicked like a normal human.
When does the film live up to it's hype?
--------------------------------------------------John Wick: Chapter 2 sets apart from its predecessor by the wonderful detailing and emotional components that we failed to find in the first part. The viewers only had a vague idea about The Continental and its proceedings. but this time Kolstad take the time to explain about John's World. The continental and its rules, High Table, The office full of ladies who handle the hits and other works and different aspects of this world of assassins is made crystal clear.
The action sequences are mindblowing. the intense fight and superb gunplay is a treat for the action lovers. John exudes style once he holds a gun in his hands.He wears all black and slices through a crowd of assassins and leaves spattered brain parts and blood across the walls.If that's not enough, we get to see his famous Pencil fight too and its nothing short of amazing.
The action sequences of the film are not over edited. Director and cinematographer deserve praise for taking continuous wide shots to capture the action. These wide shots show the actual brutal bone-breaking action without much editing
Where does the film falter?
----------------------------------The film loses its pace while trying to expand Wick's world. The film gets lagged in these scenes. however, as for me, these scenes were necessary to portray Wick's world and I enjoyed how the scriptwriter took his time to make a world dominated by assassins.

------------------------------------- Keanu Reeves: John Wick, the man who is obsessed with revenge is well depicted by Keanu Reeves.He made John Wick an icon for action films. His style of fighting and gunplay is impeccable. Reeves excels in emotional parts of the film too.
- Ruby Rose: This female assassin is executed brilliantly by Ruby without uttering a word. The silent assassin was safe in her hands.
- Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, Franco Nero: Their characters were great and fun to watch.
- Director Chad Stahelski: He took the action films to another level by well-choreographed action sequences. He is a man who knows his trade.
- Screenwriter Kolstad: His detailing of the world of the Assassins was one of the highlights of the film.
